JJ Lin, Penny Tai claim top Golden Melody honors

TAIPEI, Taiwan (AP) — Singaporean singer-songwriter JJ Lin and Malaysia's Penny Tai have been crowned best Mandarin singers at the Golden Melody Awards, Taiwan's equivalent of the Grammys.
