Europe Factors to Watch-Shares set to track Tokyo's rally

PARIS, Oct 31 (Reuters) - European stocks were set to rise on Friday, tracking a rally on Wall Street as well as sharp gains in Tokyo after the Bank of Japan stunned markets by easing policy further.
